To purchase Don Miller products online, please visit www.donmiller.in. Kindly note that all orders are subject to stock availability at the time of placing the order.

Payment can be made through our secure payment gateway, which offers the following options:

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is available for most cities in India. Our order processing time is 48-72 hours with most deliveries taking place within 7 working days. Shipments are not processed on Sundays and public holidays. Note that shipping is based on the address provided rather than the customer's name to ensure the order reaches the correct destination smoothly.

For customers residing in remote locations, the delivery time might be longer than specified. Please contact us at customercare@donmiller.in or call our customer care helpline number +91-7305038088 to provide your complete mailing address and order details. Our customer care line operates from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding national holidays.

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery times might be affected by factors beyond our control. This includes any unforeseen travel delays caused by weather conditions, government instability, strikes, and other similar circumstances. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or expenses that may arise from any delays in product delivery, regardless of the cause. Likewise, we strive to minimize any interruptions, but occasionally, external factors may affect the shipping process. We kindly ask for your understanding in such situations.

All of our products undergo thorough quality checks and are carefully packed to ensure their safety. If you notice any signs of tampering or damage to the package upon delivery, we kindly ask you not to accept it. Instead, please take photos of the affected area and send them to us at customercare@donmiller.in.

We strongly advise against signing for or accepting any packages that appear to be damaged. By accepting such a package, it will be assumed that the product was received in good condition. If you do accept a damaged package, the costs of returning it will need to be covered by you. Once received, we will send a like for like replacement and will bear the cost of shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Once you've placed an order, you're able to cancel it as long as it hasn't been dispatched from the warehouse. Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellations for orders after the product has left our warehouse.

In the event that you need to cancel, please note that we are unable to provide credit refunds. However, we're happy to offer you the option to exchange the product for an item(s) that is either of the same value or of higher value by simply paying the price difference. Alternatively, we can add store credit to your account against the returned order. This store credit can be used for online shopping within the specified validity period.

If we find that the information is not entirely truthful, we have the right to decline registration and restrict your access to our website and affiliated sites, without any prior notice.
