RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

While requesting a return of a product, please keep in mind the following guidelines:

In order to qualify for a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition it was received with all its original packaging. We must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a period of one week. While we will initiate a reverse pick up, the cost to ship back the product will be borne by the customer. We will then assess the product upon delivery and reserve the right to deny the return. If approved, you will receive a voucher for the equivalent amount in your Don Miller account.

Any product that has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a period of one week, else Don Miller will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will initiate a reverse pick up and will bear the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt, we will investigate on a case-by-case basis and if applicable will repair or replace the merchandise in entirety.

Don Miller cannot guarantee or replace products that have been damaged while in use, due to neglect or mishandling, which includes exposure to moisture, significant tears in the leather or lining as well as ink marks and stains. Personalized or customized products are also not subject to return or exchange.

Exchanges

While requesting an exchange of a product, please keep in mind the following guidelines:

We provide a 48-hour exchange policy free of charge. If you are dissatisfied with your recently purchased product or have changed your mind, simply return the product within 48 hours of purchase/receipt with all packaging undamaged and unused. We will initiate a reverse pick up and bear the cost of return shipping. We will then assess the product upon delivery and reserve the right to deny the exchange. If approved, you will have the option to exchange the product for an item of equal value or receive a voucher for the equivalent amount in your Don Miller account.

Please note that each item can only be exchanged once and multiple exchanges for the same order are not allowed. After we receive the initial product you wish to exchange at our warehouse, we will proceed with shipping the new product to you.

In case of incorrect/defective product, we will initiate a reverse pick-up and bear the cost for the same. Once the product is inspected, the correct/new product will be shipped to you at the previous address used.

Refunds

We do not provide cash refunds for returns or exchanges at this time for orders placed as Cash on Delivery. However, we will issue you a voucher for the equivalent amount in your Don Miller account. Note that when refunding an order only the value of the product will be reimbursed. We will not be able to refund any charges, or additional taxes and duties incurred by the customer during the original delivery.

Gifts

If you would like to return a Don Miller item that was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will need to ship the product back to us at your cost. Once our warehouse receives the returned item and approves, a Don Miller gift voucher will be sent to you via mail. If the item was not designated as a gift during purchase or if the person who gave you the gift had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a voucher directly to the Don Miller account used for purchase.

Note: All policies outlined on this page are applicable for products purchased from Don Miller's official online store at www.donmiller.in. If you have purchased a Don Miller product from any other platform, the return policy will depend on the terms and conditions of that platform.
